"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Katherine Heigl as Isobel "Izzie" Stevens, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, T.R. Knight as George O'Malley, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres, Eric Dane as Mark Sloan, Chyler Leigh as Lexie Grey and Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt.

Guest starring Larry Sullivan as Dave, Emily Kuroda as Kendall and Brandon Scott as Intern Ryan.

"Stand By Me" was written by Zoanne Clack and directed by Jessica Yu.

"Grey's Anatomy" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP. A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to airdate.

This episode of "Grey's Anatomy" will be available on ABC.com the day after airing on the network for users to watch online.

Grey's Anatomy. Our prayers have been answered: More Addison on Grey's! The doc stays just long enough to soothe Derek's shaken confidence.

I think it's just speculation on their part. I thought they were facing off in this episode. *roll eyes*

Kate in Wacahoota, Fla.: I'm tired of hearing about the Addison/Derek kiss! Tell me it's not going to happen. If Meredith and Derek break up over this, I'm out. Shonda Rhimes is a liar.

It does appear there is a kiss in the promo, but as I said before, there will be no romance between Addison (Kate Walsh) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey). My source said "your eyes are playing tricks on you." So fear not! And for the love of nonlovers with good hair, keep the pins away from your Shonda voodoo doll, OK?
